ETI will provide policy formulation support to the government in a number of areas related to value chain development as well as priority areas for project investments. These include land titling, Soil Conservation, Water Policy, Roads Master Plan and O&M Policy, Seed and Products and Quality Certification etc
Under the component, the programme has achieved its land titling policy target. The government has approved a Land Titling Policy for ETI lands to be titled to beneficiary households. Board of Revenue is working on land titling process as per policy. All FMRs have been handed over to GB works department for future O&M while formulation of Water and Road O&M Policy is in progress.
